About Us
Kristina Duncan is an experienced paralegal, supporting litigation, research, and transaction.
She studied fine arts and psychology at the University of California, Irvine, where she hold a BA. She has studied marketing, literature, legal history, and law at UC, Irvine; UC, San Diego; and California Western School of Law.
Ms. Duncan holds a Paralegal Certificate with Honors from the University of San Diego. The USD ABA-approved program is one of the first, and most highly-rated, paralegal training programs in the nation.
Ms. Duncan is an accomplished competitive figure skater. She was a professional ballerina. She taught dance and gymnastics. She was captain of a women’s soccer team, and in that capacity produced a complete training manual for woman soccer players.
She is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, National Association of Freelance Legal Professionals, and NALS, where she serves on the @Law Committee, which produces the NALS publication, @Law. She is a contributing writer for the e-magazine, theNALSdocket. She was the first NALS official conference blogger.
Her focus is on providing superior paralegal support. Her interests include how to maintain top quality in virtual paralegal businesses, and the impact of technology and social media on the profession.
